We warrant all the products we sell to be free  from defects in material and workmanship under normal operating conditions and proper application in accordance with the specifications for operation as described by the manufacturer for the period of SIX (6) months from invoicing date.

Seller warrants the articles to be free from defects in material and workmanship and No special, incidental, consequential or other damage shall be recoverable by the seller. We shall not be liable for consequential damages or contingent liabilities including, but not limited to, injury or loss of life, loss of crops, loss due to water or fire damage, loss of business income, down time costs and trade, sales or other commercial loss relative to the failure of the product. We will in no event be liable for any sum in excess of the price we received for the product for which liability is claimed or asserted.

This expressed warranty is the sole one applicable and no other warranties expressed or Implied in law or facts are to be applied.

Our sole obligation as seller under its warranty shall be, at its option, to repair or replace or repay the price of any article or part, which is proved to our satisfaction of seller to be other than as warranted. Seller shall have no liability in any event for any special, indirect, or consequential damages.

All warranties shall expire 6 months from the date the article is sold; notice of claim of warranty must be given within the applicable period. A return goods authorization number must be obtained from our sellers in writing prior to any products being returned for warranty.

The buyer cannot charge us for any transportation, labour charges or part repairs, modifications or any other work, unless such charges are authorized in advance in writing by the seller. All parts have to be adjusted before assembly by the user.

The above warranty does not cover conditions over which we have no control, including, without limitation, contamination, pressure in excess of recommended maximum, products damaged or subject to accident abuse or misuse after shipment from our locals, products altered or repaired by anyone other than our personnel, or our authorized factory personnel or persons so designated in writing by us prior to commencement of said work If an article is claimed to be defective in material or workmanship or not to conform to specifications, Seller, upon notice promptly given, will either examine the article at Buyer’s site, or issue shipping instructions for return, freight prepaid, to Seller. The warranties shall not extend to any articles or parts thereof which have been subject to misuse or neglect or which have been installed, used or serviced, otherwise than in conformity with Seller’s applicable specifications, manuals, bulletins or improper installation. The warranties shall not apply to any articles or parts thereof furnished by buyer or acquired from others at buyer’s request and / or to buyer’s specifications. The foregoing limitations on Seller’s liability in the event of breach of warranty shall also be the absolute limit of manufacture, installation or otherwise, with regard to the articles, covered hereby, and at the expiration of the period as above stated with regard to warranties, all such liabilities shall terminate.

No employee or representative of Seller is authorized to change this warranty in any way or grant any other warranty.
